I made available to you the latest video in the High Frequency Amplifier Design series. We realised from the last video that we are at the limit what mosfet and power transistors can provide in terms of frequency response. I therefore investigated for a product which ticks all the boxes but also is allowing us to use the same packaging we always used like TO220 and TO247. I found the perfect products and present to you the way we can drive scalar waves efficiency into the VHF band.
