I have uploaded the latest video of the scalar wave technology series. In this video I have increased the inductance and coil length on the 20 cm acrylic disc by exchanging the 0.45 mm with 0.28 mm copper wire. While the performance was a little bit better it did not show the same increase in performance as before with the other coils. I decided to use a bifilar coil as primary coil. This however does make a difference. Most notable is the wave velocity and the power consumption reduction for the same output. You find the video under Movies and Tesla coil functions at the bottom.
